How to warm up a new WhatsApp number

A brand-new number that suddenly sends hundreds of messages looks suspicious. A gradual warm-up builds a history first.

How the Warm-up module works

• Two or more of your numbers chat with each other during business hours.
• Volume grows slowly over the days, with human-like pauses.
• At least one number must be a QR Code connection; the official API number replies to QR numbers.
• Only days when the number actually chatted count toward the plan.

Then start light

After the warm-up, start with 20 to 30 contacts a day and increase only if people are replying.

What matters most

Warm-up helps but doesn't guarantee anything. The biggest risk is reports from recipients: message only people who expect you, vary the text and avoid links in the first contact.
