Veylo CRM documentation
Veylo CRM is a sales and customer-service CRM built around WhatsApp, Instagram Direct and Messenger. Teams answer every conversation from one shared inbox, move leads through a pipeline, send protected broadcasts and automate replies with flows and an AI agent.
Key facts
- Product: a CRM for businesses that sell and serve customers through WhatsApp, Instagram Direct and Messenger.
- Channels: WhatsApp via QR Code (the number keeps working on the phone) and WhatsApp via Meta's official API (Cloud API or coexistence), plus Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger through Meta's official API.
- Core modules: shared inbox, sales pipeline, customer base, catalog, tasks and calendar, mass broadcasts with pacing, Meta templates, visual automation flows with an AI agent, reports, team management and tags.
- Pricing outside Brazil: Essential US$ 297 or € 297 per month; Professional US$ 597 or € 597 per month. The yearly plan charges 10 months and covers 12.
- Languages: the platform, emails and support assistant are available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
- Mobile: native iPhone app for the inbox, history and pipeline, free for Veylo customers.
- Company: Veylo CRM is built by Scavi Company (Brazil) and is a technology provider verified by Meta. It is not a Meta product.
Who it is for
Veylo is sold to businesses only (B2B), for team use. It fits companies whose sales happen in conversation: stores and e-commerce, clinics and practices, real estate, insurance and health-plan brokers, education, agencies and service providers.
If several people answer the same WhatsApp number, if leads come from ads that open a chat, or if follow-ups get lost in personal phones, Veylo is designed for that situation.
How it works in practice
- Connect a number by scanning a QR Code, or connect an official number through Meta's Embedded Signup.
- New messages land in the shared inbox, split into Prospects (first contact), Pending (conversation started) and Active (in progress).
- Each conversation has an owner, a status, tags and a pipeline stage, so nobody answers on top of a colleague.
- Flows answer automatically 24/7, qualify leads and can hand the conversation to an AI agent or to a person.
- Broadcasts go out with pacing, number rotation and a pre-check of which numbers exist on WhatsApp.
- Reports show lead volume, conversion, pipeline value, response times and each salesperson's performance.
