How to control team permissions
Not everyone on the team needs access to everything. Permissions keep the operation focused and the data safe.
What you can control
- Which modules each person can open — unchecked modules disappear from their menu.
- Whether each person sees only their own leads.
- Which inbox tabs the team sees (Active, Pending, Prospects).
- Departments and roles: salesperson, agent, supervisor, manager.
Owner vs team
The account owner always sees everything and manages channels, subscription and team. Team members handle conversations but don't change channels or billing.
Security
Each person signs in with their own email and password, and two-step verification can be turned on. Access can be removed at any time.
