How to run a flow on a pipeline stage

Sometimes you want to act on a whole stage at once — for example, everyone in “Proposal sent” for more than a week. A batch flow does it safely.

How it works

• From the stage's menu, choose an active flow.
• Each conversation receives the flow one at a time, with an interval between them (30 seconds is recommended).
• Outside the flow's business hours, the batch waits and continues later.
• Progress appears in Flows, with how many started and how many are waiting.

Official API rule

Contacts outside the 24-hour window only receive it if the flow starts with an approved template.
