How to set up an AI agent
A good AI agent sounds like your best salesperson and never invents prices. Most of the quality comes from what you write in its instructions.
What to write
- Role and goal: “Act as a sales consultant; understand the need and invite to book a visit.”
- Product or service information for this point of the funnel — prices, terms, conditions, exactly as you want them said.
- What to say when it doesn't know the answer; the team is notified immediately.
Safety settings
- Words that end the AI conversation and hand off to a person (“human”, “agent”).
- How many replies before moving to the next block.
- Text-only replies, or voice replies with the Voices module.
- A message in case the AI service is down.
Test before turning on
Keep the flow paused, start it manually on a test conversation and try difficult questions. Adjust the information until answers are right, then activate.
